  • Please note that your submitted complaint will be responded to within a maximum of five (5) working days from the date it is received by the Customer Complaints Unit.

  • You may escalate the matter by filing a grievance with the Complaints Handling Department at Central Bank of Kuwait if Al Rajhi Bank does not resolve the reasons for your submitted complaint.
