Dear Clients, in accordance with the instructions of the Central Bank of Kuwait and in support of its efforts to provide round-the-clock financial services that cater to various segments of society and serve all sectors of the national economy, the operating hours of electronic banking channels have been extended until 11:00 PM, effective Tuesday, April 1, 2025. Additionally, Kuwaiti Dinar-denominated cheques can be processed during branch operating hours as follows:


Al Rajhi Bank Client Transfers from Branches to Local Banks:

• Main Branch: From 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Jahra Branch: From 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Transfers from Local Banks' Branches to Al Rajhi Bank:

• Client transfers from local bank branches are accepted from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, throughout the week, including official holidays.

Online Transfers:

• Client transfers (to and from) local banks via online banking are available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, throughout the week, including official holidays.

Cheque Submission and Collection:

• Cheque submission at the Main Branch is extended until 3:00 PM.
• Cheque submission at Jahra Branch is extended until 3:30 PM.
• The cheque response session via the Bank’s Operations Department is extended until 8:00 PM.

Amendment Benefits:

• Funds are deposited into beneficiaries' accounts on the same day of the transfer throughout the specified period.
• Improves the efficiency of financial transfers to better meet client needs.
• Supports institutions and businesses by extending daily transfer times to align with their operational requirements.
